1. Introduktion

1.1 A+ Algos – din førende destination for løsninger inden for finansielle algoritmer – leveres af det dedikerede team hos A+ Algos (også benævnt “vi”, “os” eller “vores”).

1.2 Disse brugervilkår angiver betingelserne for din brug af Aplusalgos.com (”Websitet”) og den tilhørende pakke af algoritmer og software samt andre produkter, vi tilbyder nu eller med rimelighed kan komme til at tilbyde fremover (samlet kaldet ”Produkter”).

1.3 Sammen med vores Privatlivspolitik og eventuelle yderligere vilkår, som der henvises til i disse dokumenter, udgør disse Brugervilkår en bindende aftale (”Aftalen”) mellem dig og A+ Algos vedrørende din anvendelse af Produkterne. Ved at gennemføre købet af Produkterne bekræfter og accepterer du disse vilkår og bekræfter, at du har læst og fuldt ud forstået risiciene ved algoritmisk handel som beskrevet i punkt 13 (”Risikoadvarsel”). Hvis du ikke accepterer vilkårene, skal du straks ophøre med at bruge Produkterne. Vilkårene kan ændres, og ved at fortsætte brugen efter opdateringer accepterer du sådanne ændringer.

1.4 Ved køb og brug af vores Produkter bekræfter du også, at vi ikke yder personligt tilpasset investeringsrådgivning, at vi ikke er under tilsyn af Finansinspektionen (Sverige), og at du alene er ansvarlig for dine handelsbeslutninger.

1.5 Hvis du køber vores Produkter som forbruger, er du berettiget til enhver ufravigelig forbrugerbeskyttelse efter svensk ret. Intet i disse vilkår begrænser dine lovbestemte forbrugerrettigheder.

2. A+ Algos produkter

2.1 Som værdsat kunde (”bruger”) hos A+ Algos får du adgang til en række kodede handelssystemer (”algos”, ”algoritmer”, ”robotter” eller ”Produkter”), der er designet til at understøtte dine handelsstrategier. Disse kan importeres via fil til dine egne handelskontoer. Om du bruger koden på en demo-konto eller en konto med rigtige penge, er udelukkende dit valg. Vi stiller værktøjer til rådighed uden at påvirke dine beslutninger eller påtage os ansvar for dine økonomiske resultater. Din adgang ophører, når dit abonnement udløber, medmindre det fornyes.

2.2 Ved bestilling modtager du en fil med koder og algoritmer til brug i din abonnementsperiode, hvorefter adgangen ophører, medmindre abonnementet fornyes. Alt salg af digitale produkter er endeligt. Der ydes ingen tilbagebetaling, når du udtrykkeligt har samtykket til omgående levering i medfør af den svenske Distansavtalslagen. Hvis du oplever problemer med produktet, kontakt os venligst, så vi kan undersøge mulige løsninger.

2.3 Ved brug af vores Produkter accepterer du at gennemgå og efterleve disse Vilkår, Privatlivspolitikken og Cookiepolitikken. Hvis du ikke accepterer disse dokumenter, bør du afstå fra at bruge Produkterne. Ved køb bekræfter du, at du er myndig i din jurisdiktion, og at du vil overholde disse vilkår. Du bekræfter endvidere, at du selv er ansvarlig for installation og brug af den kode/algoritme, du modtager. A+ Algos har ingen indsigt i dine konti og kan ikke påvirke eller gennemføre handler på dine vegne.

3. Forsikringer/garantier

3.1 Brugeren erklærer og garanterer over for A+ Algos følgende:

  • Din brug af vores Produkter – herunder koder og algoritmer samt information, du måtte offentliggøre på eksterne platforme – skal være lovlig og respektfuld og fri for indhold, der kan anses for stødende, injurierende, ærekrænkende, vulgært, diskriminerende, unødigt voldeligt eller støttende for ulovlige aktiviteter.

  • Din brug af vores Produkter – herunder koder og algoritmer – må ikke involvere A+ Algos, tilknyttede enheder, efterfølgere eller deres personale i juridiske krav eller ansvar.

  • Det skal stå klart, at vores Produkter ikke udgør investeringsrådgivning.

  • Medmindre andet udtrykkeligt er angivet, er Produkterne ikke tiltænkt at yde personlig finansiel rådgivning eller investeringsrådgivning og tager ikke højde for dine specifikke mål, finansielle forhold eller behov. Al brug sker for egen risiko.

  • Brugere må ikke markedsføre, udlåne, overdrage eller på anden måde videreformidle A+ Algos’ Produkter til tredjemand uden vores udtrykkelige skriftlige samtykke.

  • Vores rolle er alene at levere en teknisk løsning (koder/algoritmer). Intet i disse vilkår må fortolkes som, at A+ Algos yder individuel finansiel rådgivning eller udøver diskretionær porteføljeforvaltning.

3.2 A+ Algos forbeholder sig retten til at tilbagekalde din adgang til vores algoritmer, suspendere eller opsige din produktadgang og søge retsmidler, hvis vi konstaterer, at dine handlinger krænker ovenstående garantier, krænker andres rettigheder eller overtræder love eller forordninger. Du bekræfter, at du har indhentet – eller vil indhente – alle nødvendige samtykker.

3.2a A+ Algos overvåger ikke individuelle brugeres handelskontoer og påtager sig intet ansvar for, hvordan algoritmerne anvendes i praksis, eller for de beslutninger, brugeren træffer på baggrund heraf.

3.3 Som bruger bærer du det fulde ansvar for din brug af vores Produkter og enhver kode deri. Du er ansvarlig for enhver distribution eller anvendelse på tredjepartswebsites. I det omfang loven tillader det, fraskriver A+ Algos sig ethvert ansvar i relation til din brug af Produkterne og brugergenererede handlinger i den forbindelse.

3.4 Det er dit ansvar at vurdere, om Produkterne opfylder dine specifikke krav. Vi anbefaler, at du ikke tager Produkterne i brug uden først at have vurderet deres egnethed til dine formål.

3.5 Alle beslutninger, du træffer på baggrund af Produkterne, træffes for egen risiko. A+ Algos kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for udfald heraf. Søg gerne rådgivning hos en licenseret investeringsrådgiver, før du foretager økonomiske dispositioner baseret på Produkterne.

3.6 Du accepterer, at A+ Algos ikke giver nogen garantier for resultater af investeringer foretaget ved brug af Produkterne.

3.7 Inden for lovens rammer er A+ Algos ikke ansvarlig for tab eller skader, der opstår som følge af din adgang til eller brug af Produkterne.

4. Ansvarsbegrænsning

4.1 A+ Algos og tilknyttede parter er ikke ansvarlige for:

  • Tab eller skade som følge af manglende mulighed for at bruge Produkterne.

  • Ændringer af Produkterne eller afbrydelse af adgang.

  • Tredjemands påståede rettighedskrænkelser.

  • Tekniske fejl eller unøjagtigheder på vores Website, mægleres websites eller andre tekniske fejl i handelsplatforme, som kan påvirke Produkternes funktion.

  • Ufuldstændige eller forkerte oplysninger givet af brugeren.

  • Tab eller skade på hardware eller software, datatab eller sikkerhedsbrud.

  • Indirekte tab såsom tabt fortjeneste eller mistede muligheder.

  • Gevinster eller tab, der opstår ved brug af Produkterne på konti med rigtige penge.

4.2 Produkterne udgør ikke finansiel rådgivning og leveres uden godkendelse af finansiel sagkundskab. Inden brug bør du søge rådgivning hos en licenseret finansiel rådgiver.

4.3 Nøgletal og historiske resultater vist i backtests kan afvige væsentligt afhængigt af den valgte dato for indikatorer. Resultater påvirkes af værdiansættelsestidspunkt og valutakurser, som ændrer sig dagligt. Brugere skal tage højde for dette og dets påvirkning af data og nøgletal.

4.4 A+ Algos leverer information og algoritmer for at hjælpe kunder med selvstændige investeringsbeslutninger. A+ Algos anbefaler ikke brug på live-konti; algoritmerne bør kun anvendes på demo-konti. Vi giver ikke rådgivning eller anbefalinger om køb/salg af aktier, markedet generelt eller finansielle instrumenter. Tjenesten baserer sig på objektive data uden forudsigelser. Hver kunde er ansvarlig for egne antagelser og vurderinger; A+ Algos påtager sig intet ansvar for kunders valg eller konsekvenser heraf.

4.5 Produkterne er ikke tiltænkt personer eller enheder bosiddende i lande, hvor distribution eller tilgængelighed er forbudt eller begrænset.

4.6 Handel med finansielle instrumenter indebærer iboende risici, og der gives ingen garanti for afkast eller – i yderste fald – at kapital kan generhverves ved salg. Investorer bærer risikoen selv og bør kende vilkår og karakteristika for instrumenterne. Positioner, herunder i CFD’er, etableres for investorens egen risiko. A+ Algos hæfter ikke for investeringsresultater genereret af algoritmerne. Brugere skal være fuldt bevidste om risikoen for hel eller delvis kapitaltabel.

4.7 Finansielle nøgletal kan beregnes efter forskellige metoder. Data og nøgletal i algoritmerne påvirkes af de valgte beregningsteknikker. Det kan derfor være misvisende at sammenligne nøgletal fra vores algoritmer direkte med kilder, der anvender andre metoder. Dette anerkendes af brugeren og ligger uden for A+ Algos’ ansvar.

4.8 A+ Algos tilstræber nøjagtighed, fuldstændighed og aktualitet og indhenter grunddata fra underleverandører. A+ Algos er ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle fejl i disse data.

4.9 A+ Algos stiller historiske data og statistik til rådighed. Disse bør ikke alene danne grundlag for investeringsbeslutninger. Historiske resultater garanterer ikke fremtidige afkast. Simulationer på Websitet sker uden reelle kapitalindsatser; faktiske resultater kan afvige.

4.10 A+ Algos er ikke ansvarlig for tekniske fejl forårsaget af tredjepart i forbindelse med betalingskort og netbank.

4.11 A+ Algos er ikke under tilsyn af Finansinspektionen (Sverige). Indholdet på Websitet skal ikke opfattes som personlig investeringsrådgivning i henhold til svensk Lag (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden eller Lag (2003:862) om finansiell rådgivning till konsumenter, ej heller som personlige investeringsanbefalinger efter Lag (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument eller som investeringsanalyse efter værdipapirmarkeds-loven. Al information er generel; kunder bør foretage egne analyser.

4.12 Investeringer indebærer økonomisk risiko; der gives ingen garanti for profit eller for, at indsat kapital kan generhverves. Investering og indehav af positioner i finansielle instrumenter eller CFD’er sker for egen risiko. A+ Algos kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for investeringsbeslutninger genereret af algoritmerne. Ifølge statistik taber 78 % af privatinvestorer penge ved CFD-handel hos udbyderen ig.com. Overvej derfor, om du forstår instrumenterne og har råd til den høje risiko for at tabe dine penge. Professionelle kunder kan tabe mere end deres indskudte kapital. Al handel indebærer risiko. A+ Algos leverer algoritmer til at hjælpe kunder med selvstændige beslutninger, men fraråder brug på live-konto. Vi tilbyder ikke rådgivning om timing eller instrumentvalg. Tjenesten bygger på objektive fakta uden antagelser eller prognoser. Kunden træffer egne vurderinger; A+ Algos hæfter ikke for beslutninger eller følger heraf. A+ Algos bærer intet ansvar for dine handler. Hvordan du anvender algoritmerne, er udelukkende op til dig. Alle tjenester – inkl. dette Website – er alene til uddannelsesformål og udgør ikke finansiel rådgivning. A+ Algos er ikke under tilsyn af Finansinspektionen.

Materialet på Websitet udgør ikke individuel investeringsrådgivning i henhold til Lag (2007:528) eller Lag (2003:862). Det må heller ikke anses som personlige investeringsanbefalinger efter Lag (1991:980) eller investeringsanalyse efter Lag (2007:528). Alle oplysninger er generelle. Alle algoritmer er testet af A+ Algos. Historiske data og nøgletal stilles til rådighed, men hverken tidligere resultater eller historiske nøgletal garanterer fremtiden; de er blot ét element i en samlet vurdering. Testene gennemføres uden faktisk kapital, og reelle afkast kan afvige. A+ Algos påtager sig intet ansvar for tekniske fejl forårsaget af tredjemand.

Algoritmerne er ikke rettet mod personer eller virksomheder i USA, Canada, Japan eller Australien eller i lande, hvor offentliggørelse/tilgang er forbudt eller begrænset. A+ Algos forbeholder sig retten til til enhver tid og af enhver grund at afslutte, suspendere eller nægte adgang til hele eller dele af tjenesterne/algoritmerne. Hvor det er muligt, gives rimeligt varsel, men afgørelser træffes efter A+ Algos’ eget skøn. A+ Algos kan endvidere ændre rækkefølge, pris, omfang og funktion af produkter/algoritmer – herunder alle produkter i webshoppen – til enhver tid og af enhver grund.

Tjenesten må ikke anvendes med henblik på at konkurrere med A+ Algos eller på anden måde kommercielt udnyttes.

4.13 Under ingen omstændigheder er vi eller vores ledere, medarbejdere eller agenter erstatningsansvarlige over for dig eller tredjemand for direkte, indirekte, følgeskader, eksemplariske, tilfældige, særlige eller strafbare skader – herunder tabt fortjeneste, omsætning, data eller andre tab – opstået i forbindelse med din brug af tjenesterne, selv om vi er blevet oplyst om risikoen for sådanne skader. Denne begrænsning gælder ikke, hvor ufravigelig lov (fx forbrugerregler) foreskriver andet.

Uanset det modsatte i dette dokument er vores samlede ansvar over for dig – uanset årsag og søgsmålsgrund – altid begrænset til det beløb, du eventuelt har betalt til os.

5. Skadesløsholdelse

Du accepterer at holde A+ Algos skadesløs for krav, der udspringer af din overtrædelse af disse vilkår eller tredjeparts rettigheder som følge af din brug af vores koder og algoritmer.

6. Databeskyttelse, privatliv og cookies

Dine personoplysninger behandles i overensstemmelse med vores Privatlivspolitik og Cookiepolitik.

7. Ændringer

7.1 A+ Algos kan efter eget skøn ændre, suspendere eller afbryde enhver del af Produkterne. Vi tilstræber at informere brugerne forud, hvor det er muligt.

7.2 Du anerkender, at A+ Algos og tilknyttede enheder ikke er ansvarlige for ændringer, suspensioner eller ophør af Websitet og Produkterne eller begrænsninger i din adgang og brug – uanset årsag og omfang.

7.3 A+ Algos forbeholder sig retten til at ændre kontofunktionalitet, tilbagekalde eller introducere nye produkter og justere abonnementspriser til enhver tid.

8. Opsigelse & fortrydelsesret for digitale produkter

8.1 Du kan til enhver tid opsige denne Aftale ved skriftlig meddelelse til A+ Algos og ved at ophøre med at bruge Produkterne.

8.2 Opsiger du dit abonnement før udløb, er A+ Algos ikke forpligtet til at tilbagebetale resterende abonnementsperiode.

8.3 Ved køb af digitale produkter leveret via e-mail gælder fortrydelsesretten efter svensk Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal ikke, hvis du udtrykkeligt har samtykket til omgående levering. Ved at gennemføre købet accepterer du, at leveringen påbegyndes straks, og at fortrydelsesretten dermed bortfalder. Denne bestemmelse gælder for forbrugere som defineret i nævnte lov.

9. Tredjeparter

9.1 A+ Algos forbeholder sig retten til at overdrage sine rettigheder efter denne Aftale til tredjepart. Du må ikke overdrage Aftalen uden A+ Algos’ skriftlige samtykke.

10. Adskillelse (severability)

Hvis nogen bestemmelse i disse vilkår er ugyldig, forbliver de øvrige bestemmelser gyldige og håndhævelige.

11. Aftale

11.1 Disse Almindelige Vilkår (”Vilkårene”) samt Privatlivspolitikken udgør den fuldstændige aftale mellem dig og APMV Ventures AB (org.nr. 559394-4647), herefter benævnt ”vi”, ”os” eller ”selskabet”. APMV Ventures AB er et svensk aktieselskab med hjemsted på Breda Vägen 38, 182 49 Enebyberg, Sverige, og driver virksomheden under varemærket A+ Algos. Vores e-mail er info@aplusalgos.com.

11.2 Ved køb eller brug af vores produkter/tjenester bekræfter du, at du har læst og accepterer disse Vilkår. Du accepterer også, at Aftalen indgås med APMV Ventures AB, som er den juridiske part. Varemærket A+ Algos er en del af APMV Ventures AB og er ikke en selvstændig juridisk person.

11.3 Vi følger svensk lovgivning, herunder E-handelslagen (2002:562) og Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, og vi forpligter os til at give klar information om virksomheden og om købsbetingelser. Disse Vilkår gælder for alle produkter og tjenester under varemærket A+ Algos, medmindre andet er udtrykkeligt angivet.

11.4 Hvis du køber som forbruger, gælder ufravigelige forbrugerregler efter svensk ret. Intet i disse Vilkår begrænser sådanne rettigheder.

12. Gældende lov og værneting

12.1 Denne Aftale og enhver tvist eller ethvert krav, der opstår som følge af eller i forbindelse hermed (inkl. udenfor-kontraktlige tvister/krav), er underlagt og fortolkes i overensstemmelse med svensk ret.

12.2 Tvister i anledning af disse Vilkår skal anlægges ved Stockholms tingsrätt som første instans.

12.3 Varemærket A+ Algos og APMV Ventures AB er underlagt svensk ret, og al virksomhed via dette Website følger gældende svenske love og forskrifter, inkl. fremtidige ændringer.

13. Risikoadvarsel & juridisk ansvarsfraskrivelse

13.1 Handel på finansielle markeder indebærer altid risiko. Det er afgørende, at brugere fuldt ud forstår, hvordan instrumenterne fungerer, og at indstillingerne kalibreres i overensstemmelse med egen risikotolerance. Vær opmærksom på, at tidligere resultater ikke er en indikation af fremtidige resultater og ikke bør ses som nogen garanti. A+ Algos leverer software til automatisk handel; vi yder ikke finansiel eller handelsmæssig rådgivning. Konfiguration og brug af softwaren påhviler udelukkende brugeren, og A+ Algos påtager sig intet ansvar for eventuelle tab. Bemærk, at A+ Algos ikke kan forvalte eller kontrollere din konto eller kapital. Vi stiller alene generel software til rådighed; der gives ingen personlige anbefalinger.

Vi anbefaler på det kraftigste, at du gennemfører grundige backtests og først kører algoritmerne på en demo-konto for at validere performance under simulerede forhold. Vores support skal ikke fortolkes som finansiel rådgivning eller driftsvejledning for algoritmerne og udgør ingen anbefaling. Brugere bør udvise due diligence og overveje uafhængig finansiel rådgivning for bedre at forstå risici og strategier ved algoritmisk handel.

13.2 Alle algoritmer gennemgår omfattende evalueringer og testes i demo-miljøer inden udbud. Backtesting garanterer ikke fremtidig performance, da live-forhold kan afvige pga. uforudsete markedsbegivenheder og tekniske faktorer. Backtests er historiske simulationer under ideelle forhold og tager ikke højde for mægler-specifikke forhold, der kan påvirke performance i live-handel.

Det er derfor vigtigt løbende at overvåge din algo for at sikre, at den præsterer efter dine forventninger. Hvis ikke, bør du pause/stoppe algon og iværksætte passende tiltag, før du eventuelt starter den igen.

Alle tal og statistikker på siden er – medmindre andet angives – baseret på testresultater. Resultater kan variere afhængigt af din opsætning, herunder risikoniveau og kontostørrelse.

Disse tal og statistikker er ikke en garanti for fremtidige resultater og må under ingen omstændigheder fortolkes som finansiel rådgivning. Du har som kunde pligt til at foretage din egen due diligence og er selv ansvarlig for opsætningen. Backtests viser alene, hvordan algon kunne have opført sig under en specifik konfiguration. A+ Algos påtager sig intet ansvar for dine indstillinger eller for tab/problemer, der kan opstå pga. tekniske forskelle mellem backtest, demo og live. Udfør altid din egen analyse.

13.3 Vores resultater (live og internt testmiljø)
Vores resultater baseres primært på interne testkørsler i et miljø med realtidsmarkedsdata samt parallel anvendelse af samme algoritmer på en privat live-konto. Den private konto bruges til at sikre sammenlignelighed med de resultater, vi præsenterer, men af hensyn til privatliv offentliggøres ingen kontoudtog.

Selskabets egen portefølje (selskabskonto) kan periodevis køre de samme algoritmer. Vi sammenholder resultater fra testmiljøet, selskabsporteføljen og den private live-konto for løbende at evaluere performance. Hidtil har resultaterne været sammenlignelige, men variationer kan forekomme mellem konti og mæglere.

Bemærk, at al handel med finansielle instrumenter indebærer risiko for tab, og tidligere resultater er ingen garanti for fremtiden. Vi leverer alene teknisk software og ingen personlig finansiel rådgivning.

14. Privatlivspolitik

1.4 If you purchase our products as a consumer, you are entitled to any mandatory consumer protections under Swedish law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory consumer rights.

2. A+ Algos Products

2.1 As a valued customer (“user”) of A+ Algos, you gain access to a range of coded trading systems (“algos,” “algorithms,” “robots,” or “products”) designed to enhance your trading strategies. These may be imported via a file into your trading accounts. Whether you use the code on a demo account or a real-money account is your decision. We simply provide tools, without influencing your decisions or assuming liability for your financial outcomes. Your access to our products ends when your subscription expires, unless it is renewed.

2.2 When you place an order, you receive a file containing codes and algorithms for use during your subscription period, after which access to the product ends unless renewed. All sales of digital products are final. No refund is offered where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us so we can explore possible remedies.

2.3 By using our products, you agree to thoroughly review our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these documents, you should refrain from using the products. By purchasing a product, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you consent to comply with these Terms.
You further acknowledge that you alone are responsible for installing and using the code/algorithm you obtain. A+ Algos has no access to your trading account and cannot influence or place orders on your behalf.

3. Warranties

3.1 The user warrants to A+ Algos the following:

  • Your engagement with our products, specifically our codes and algorithms, as well as any information you may provide on external platforms, shall remain lawful and respectful, free of any content that could be deemed offensive, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, discriminatory, excessively violent, or supportive of illegal activities.

  • Your use of our products, including our codes and algorithms, will not involve A+ Algos, its related entities, successors, or any of their personnel in any legal claims or liabilities.

  • It must be clear that our products are not to be interpreted as us providing investment advice.

  • Our products, unless expressly stated otherwise, are not intended to provide personalized financial or investment advice and do not account for your specific investment goals, financial circumstances, or needs. Any use of algorithms or other products we provide is at your own risk.

  • Users must refrain from marketing, assigning, or transferring any A+ Algos products to third parties without our express written consent.

Our role is solely to provide a technical solution. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as indicating that A+ Algos offers individualized financial advice or performs discretionary portfolio management.

3.2 A+ Algos reserves the right to revoke your access to our algorithms, suspend or terminate your product access, and pursue legal remedies if we determine that your actions violate the warranties above, infringe upon the rights of others, or breach any laws or regulations. You acknowledge that you have secured, or will secure, all necessary legal consents.
A+ Algos does not monitor individual users’ accounts and is not liable for how the algorithms are used in practice.

3.3 You, as the user, bear sole responsibility for your engagement with our products and any codes contained therein. You are responsible for any distribution or usage of these on third-party websites. To the extent permitted by law, A+ Algos disclaims all liability concerning your use of our products and user-generated actions linked to such use.

3.4 You are responsible for assessing whether our products meet your specific requirements. We advise you not to use our products without first determining their suitability for your intended applications.

A+ Algos does not endorse using these algorithms on live money accounts; they are recommended for demo accounts only. Nor do we provide advice or recommendations to buy or sell individual stocks, the broader stock market, or any financial instruments. Our service is based on objective data without predictions or assumptions. Every customer is responsible for their own assumptions and valuations; hence, A+ Algos accepts no liability for the investment choices made or the repercussions that may result from the financial information available on its Website.

4.5 Algorithms available on the Website are not intended for individuals or entities residing in any nation where the distribution or accessibility of such material is prohibited or restricted in any way.

4.13 Under no circumstances shall we, or our directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or other types of losses—arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Notwithstanding any contrary statements in this document, our liability to you, regardless of cause or nature of action, shall always be limited to the amount you have paid us. This limitation of liability does not apply in cases where mandatory law (such as consumer protection rules) dictates otherwise.

5. Indemnification

7. Changes

7.2 You acknowledge that A+ Algos and its related entities shall bear no liability for any modifications, suspensions, or terminations of the Website and products, nor for any limitations on your access and use, regardless of cause or scope.

7.3 A+ Algos reserves the right to modify account functionalities, withdraw or introduce new products, and adjust subscription product prices at any time.

8. Termination & Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

8.1 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to A+ Algos and ceasing use of the products.

8.2 If you terminate your subscription before it expires, A+ Algos is under no obligation to refund any remaining subscription period.

8.3 When purchasing digital products from us, delivered via email, the statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) does not apply if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery. By completing your purchase, you agree to begin delivery immediately and thus waive your right of withdrawal. This provision applies to consumers as defined under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

9. Third Party

9.1 A+ Algos reserves the right to transfer its rights under this Agreement to a third party. You may not assign this Agreement without the written consent of A+ Algos.

10. Severability

If any provision of these User Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Agreement

11.1 These General Terms (the “Terms”) and the Privacy Policy form the entire Agreement between you and APMV Ventures AB (reg. no. 559394-4647), hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the company.” APMV Ventures AB is a Swedish limited liability company with its registered office at Breda Vägen 38, 182 49 Enebyberg, Sweden, and conducts business under the A+ Algos brand. 11.2 By purchasing or using our products or services, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. You also acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and APMV Ventures AB, the legal entity with which you are contracting. The A+ Algos brand is part of APMV Ventures AB but is not a separate legal person.

11.3 We adhere to Swedish legislation, including the E-Commerce Act (2002:562) and the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59), and undertake to provide clear information about the company and the terms of purchase. These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the A+ Algos brand, unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.

12.2 Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be heard by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

12.3 The A+ Algos brand and APMV Ventures AB are subject to Swedish law, and all activities conducted via this Website comply with applicable Swedish laws and regulations, including any future amendments.

We employ the private account to ensure that the performance we present aligns with actual trading outcomes, but for privacy reasons, we do not publish any private account statements.

From time to time, the company’s own portfolio (corporate account) may also be traded using the same algorithms. We combine the results from our test environment, the corporate portfolio, and the private live account to continuously evaluate the algorithms’ performance. So far, they have shown similar outcomes, although variations may occur between different accounts and brokers.
